Consortium of Jambon de Bayonne will have a booth at ANUGA fair in Cologne, Germany. The main curing companies of Jambon de Bayonne and their commercial representatives will be present on our booth to introduce their products and propose tastings.

Trade mission in Japon - South Korea
Consortium du Jambon de Bayonne will be participating to the mission in Japan and South Korea organised by INAPORC from 14 to 20 of November 2009. This is the annual appointment of French pork industry in Asia. Consortium du Jambon de Bayonne will take part in the organisation of two seminars to promote Jambon de Bayonne and support the measures undertaken by industrials to get the export certifications.
